There is only one time in the entire game when you can do this sidequest: at the beginning of disc 3! You'll have to do this while you are in control of Vivi. You'll need to talk to Hippaul's mother. She'll ask you to race her son, and everytime you beat him, you'll get a prize. The prizes you'll get are below.
