Ah, the world of FFIX is quite the unusual one: one where any type of creature can roam around on two legs, fully clothed, able to speak in the human tongue. Part of these oddities is the one known as the Ragtime Mouse. A mouse? Maybe! But, for sure, this creature does not resemble a mouse of any sort I have ever witnessed!
