--- Go to the school. In practice Hall 2 there is a chubby kid who claims to be Rise's biggest fan. Talk to him for some info.
--- Talk to a boy near a tree at the Samegawa river. Come back here tomorrow.

- If you did the bit yesterday for finding info about Rise, you can talk to a photographer here for a bit of information. You'll need to exchange info. Once all is said and done report to Teddie and you can now save Rise.

The TV world this month is a strip club! Rise is here!

Mini Boss: AMOROUS SNAKE
It uses Virus Wave. This can cause poison to the entire party. So heal it if it happens. Other than that, this miniboss is weak to fire, if that tells you anything. Knock it down!

BOSS: S H A D O W R I S E
Hahaha, this boss makes me laugh.

This isn't the real boss, though. You'll need to heal/attack it until it uses the skill which scans your whole party. After this you'll deal no DMG to Shadow Rise. Cutscenes will play after.

The real boss: Shadow Teddie!

To make things easy on yourself, guard every turn after Teddie uses "Mind Charge." Yes, on all characters, because the spell he uses afterwards will be devestating if you do not. I'm going to guess you have Yukiko in your party for healing purposes. If not... well, heal with the MC using a persona that has media. Every turn (almost) you'll want to heal.

Eventually Teddie will start using "ULTRA CHARGE" When he first does this, you have two turns. Attack the first and then guard the next. He'll then use a powerful attack. Guard with all characters before he lets it off.
